 We Purchase High Quality Preloved Children's Clothes and Shoes from Parents Just Like You! Selling through Facebook groups and Ebay can be hard work and buyers often let you down. Selling your clothes to Moon and Stars Kids Boutique is an easy and reliable option. We do not require you to take photos or iron the products however we do require clothing to be FRESHLEY washed (Unless the items are Brand New With Tags). The box of clothing can be mixed in size, gender, brands and seasons. If you are local to the BN22 postcode then you can bring the items to us in person, or if you are not local then we will ask you to send your parcel via Evri Couriers and the parcel fees will be reimbursed to you.

Please read the following information carefully

Requirements:

• We require at least 40 items per parcel
• Clothing MUST be Freshly washed
• We will not accept ANY items that have bobbling, cracked logos, fading, tears or items which were once white and have gone grey.
• Items must have labels stating the brand and size
• We do not accept items from smoking homes. If any items sent to us smell of smoke then the entire parcel will be instantly rejected and we will not reimburse courier fees.
• We do not accept preloved bibs, socks, underwear, muslin cloths, School logo uniform, personalised clothes, random pyjama tops or bottoms which do not have the matching part, any clothing sizes other than what we sell on our website, items that do not state the specific age, items with no labels, items with pet hair or hand knitted items.
• We do not accept items with the year of birth, or holiday resort items i.e. 'Paris' T-shirts etc.
• Please ensure that items are not inside out and that buttons, zips and poppers are all done up.
• Please ensure to put your contact details inside the parcel.

We apologise if we sound strict, but we have a very high standard when it comes to customer service xx

How Much We Will Pay:

• Age New-born to 9 months - We will pay 25p per sellable preloved item (Please note two vests, pyjamas and matching sets all count as one item) or £1 per brand new with tags items, coats or pram suits
• Age 12 months to 5-6 years - We will pay 50p per sellable preloved item (Please note two vests, pyjamas and matching sets all count as one item). or £1 per brand new with tags items. Any Pram suits or Coats in these sizes we will pay £1.25 per item
• Age 6-7 years up to 14 years - We will pay 75p per sellable preloved item for jumpers, dresses, hoodies, jeans / trousers and dungarees in these sizes. We will pay 50p per sellable item for shorts, leggings, T-Shirts, swimwear, shoes, cardigans, school uniform, pyjamas, and vests in these sizes(Please note two vests, pyjamas and matching sets all count as one item).We will pay £1.50 per item for any coats or jackets in these sizes. All brand new with tags items will have an additional 25p in these sizes

 Please note we are not accepting toys or other clothing sizes that differ from above at this current time.

 Payment: We can only pay for what we can sell. If any of our terms and conditions are not met, then full payment will not be given and we will only pay for the items that do meet our terms and conditions. Once we have received your items please allow 10 working days for us to process them. We will contact you via email to let you know your total payment.

 Payment Options: We will give you two payment options- We can transfer your payment directly to your bank account or you can choose to have a store credit voucher to spend on our website where you will be given an extra 10% should you choose store credit.

 You may earn more money if you sell your items privately. If you are aiming to make more money than what we can offer, then our service is probably not the best option for you. Our aim is to provide you with a hassle free and quick sale.
