Terms and Conditions of Sale 

  • What these terms cover:  The terms and conditions on which Moon and Stars Kids Boutique supply products to our customers.  
  • Why our customers should read them: We advise our customers to carefully read these terms and conditions before submitting an order to us. These terms inform our customers who we are, how customers will receive our products, what to do in the event of a problem and other important information.

 

About Moon and Stars Kids Boutique

  • Who are we: We are an online small family business based in Sussex

  • How Moon and Stars Kids Boutique may contact customers: In the event that we need to contact customers, we will do so via telephone call or by email to the address as provided in the order process. This also includes chat messages through social media.

 

Orders:

  • Processing time: We aim to process orders as soon as possible, and normally dispatch within 3 working days from cleared payment.
  • UK Standard Delivery:  Products will be sent via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are £3.50 on orders under £26 and free for those over £26. Delivery may take up to 7 days following the date of dispatch. Please note that after an order is dispatched, we have no control over delivery times.
  • We only sell to UK customers. In time this may change, but at present we will only be taking UK based orders. Any orders that are made outside of the UK will not be processed.

 

Products

  • The images of our products are for illustrative purposes only. Every effort has been made to provide a true representation of our products for sale. However, these may vary slightly from the pictures shown. Moon and Stars Kids Boutique cannot guarantee that a customer's device's display a true representation of the product.

 

 

How we may use our customer personal information

  • In fulfilling an order: Some personal information is required and is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information needed is name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number. Moon and Stars Kids Boutique do not store payment card details.
  • This information will be used with our delivery service providers such as payment processing providers and shipping agents in order to fulfil your order. 
  • The information collected may be used to personally let our customers know of any new products, promotions, special offers and news. Our customers have the right to opt out of this at any time.

 

Returns policy

As a valued customer you have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received in order for this to be processed. 

Once your item is returned, we will inspect it and immediately contact you to let you know the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days upon receiving the returned item. 

You will be responsible for the postage method and carriage charges involved with any item that you return to us. This is not refundable. Moon and Stars Kids boutique cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit due to unsafe postage methods.
